Thai Union Frozen Products Tai Union Frozen Products appointed Joerg Ayrle to be its CFO. Ayrle brings in- depth fnancial experience in key functions including accounting, treasury, merg- ers, acquisitions and post- merger integration. Prior to joining TUF, he enjoyed a long tenure with Ger- man conglomerate Siemens group and worked across multiple business units and geographies including Ger- many, Singapore, China and the United States. Aside from his expertise and pas- sion for key fnancial dis- ciplines, Ayrle is also a seasoned strategic business partner to senior executives and has spearheaded several critical business turnaround projects that have helped improve company perfor- mance. His most recent po- sition was as CFO and trea- surer at Osram Sylvania, a U.S. subsidiary of Siemens. Prior to this role, he served as the company's managing director of corporate fnance mergers and acquisitions in Asia based in Beijing. Young's Seafood British retail seafood com- pany Young's Seafood CEO Leendert den Hollander re- signed his position. Holland- er worked for Young's since 2010, becoming CEO in February 2011. James Hill , CEO of the parent company, Findus Group, took on the CEO role at Young's. joined the company's engi- neering department in 1987. Most recently, he held the position of VP-corporate de- velopment and engineering, where he was responsible for the development, design, construction and manage- ment of many internal pro- grams and all capital pro- jects, acquisitions, expansions and engineering services. International Seafood Ventures Frankie "the Bull" Terzoli is executive chef and director of sustainability for Inter- national Seafood Ventures in Seattle. Terzoli became known nationally when he appeared on the 2006-2007 season of "Top Chef," which he followed with appear- ances on the Food Network, Bravo and Fox. He is a recent winner of "Cutthroat Kitch- en." Before TV fame, Ter- zoli had been involved in the Gulf Seafood Institute Ewell Smith is the interim ex- ecutive director for the Gulf Seafood Institute, an advo- cacy group for Gulf of Mexico seafood products. He is the former executive director of the Louisiana Seafood Pro- motion and Marketing Board, and worked closely with the National Oceanic and At- mospheric Administration to establish the Great American Seafood Cook-Of. Smith led market development, promotional activities and educational outreach for all of Louisiana's seafood products. Henningsen Cold Storage Paul Henningsen was pro- moted to the newly created position of COO of Hen- ningsen Cold Storage Co. in Hillsboro, Ore. In his new role, he directs, administers and coordinates the inter- nal operational activities of the company. Henningsen restaurant business world- wide as well as the seafood industry. In the sustainabil- ity arena, he holds HACCP certifcations core manufac- turing and production, and is a GFSI internal auditor and an ISO 22000 lead audi- tor. He is also the director of sustainability for Frequentz track-and-trace technology. J.P.'s Shellfsh Shellfsh distributor J.P.'s Shellfsh in Eliot, Maine, named Jefferson Oranellas president. Oranellas rejoined J.P.'s after a two-year man- agement assignment with Ipswich Shellfsh Group. Prior to leaving J.P.'s in 2012, Oranellas was the senior sales manager and for fve years was directly respon- sible for leading the posi- tive growth of the business. In his new role, Oranellas will manage the company's day-to-day operations with a focus on continuing the revenue growth and proft- ability. Although the com- pany owner, John Price , is stepping back from the daily management of the business, he will assume broad range of assignments including the development of unique shell- fsh sources both nationally and internationally. MOL Mitsui O.S.K. Lines (MOL) America promoted Richard Craig to EVP-sales and op- erations. He has been with the company, headquartered in Lombard, Ill., for almost 11 years, serving in several VP roles.
