The process of compiling the annual
Top 25 North American Seafood
Suppliers list begins in early March, right
before the Seafood Expo North America
in Boston. It often takes more than a
month to complete.
"Everyone loves a good list, or set of
rankings, right? This one just happens
to effectively take the temperature of
the seafood industry. It's by no means
an easy job," he says. "But as the list
changes from year to year, you start
to see what drives trends in consumer
demand and ultimately what leads to
fnancial stability."
