He also conducts the monthly NetWorking interview, which appears on the back page of every issue. Jamie lives in South Portland, Maine. For this month's Top Story, he looked at rising prices for all protein categories and tried to fnd seafood's strengths and weaknesses when compared to beef, poultry and pork. "This magazine has written countless articles about seafood's marketing position regarding health and wellness. Yet per-capita seafood consumption continues to decline, which is a mystifying trend," he says. "I think most consumers do want to eat more fsh, but the industry needs to do more to reach its non-core audience, so to speak, and give them confdence that they can prepare it well." n Editor and Associate Publisher Fiona Robinson has edited and written stories for SeaFood Business for 16 years. She lives in Kennebunk, Maine, with her husband, Tom, and twin girls, Ashley and Emily. n This month's cover was drawn by Mike Gorman, a Maine-based cartoonist. Over his 23-year career, he has created humorous illustrations and comics for publications all over the country, has illustrated nine children's books and has designed toys, posters, logos, T-shirts and more. This is the seventh time his work has appeared on the cover of SeaFood Business. He lives in Westbrook, Maine, with his wife and three children. Join us...
