Boston Seafood Show and Seafood Processing
America, now Seafood Expo North America
and Seafood Processing North America.
Murphy spoke with Patrick McMurray, head chef at
Starfish Bed and Grill in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Along
with being an expert on all things relating to the oyster,
Patrick holds the Guinness World Record for the most
oysters shucked in a minute. He was on hand at the
event to present an oyster master class, and judge the
show's annual oyster-shucking competition.
