His articles have explored numerous subjects, including aquaculture development in the United States and anti-fraud measures spearheaded by the government and the industry. Jamie lives in Maine, where he can't get enough of the local fried full-belly clams and raw oysters. For this month's Top Story, The Buyer's Turn, he turned to Tracy Taylor of Ahold USA and Jim Ulcickas of Bluewater Grill. Upon meeting them, he instantly knew each would turn out to be great interviews one day. "The Buyer's Turn isn't intended to be an award, only our way of recognizing integrity and innovation from within our core group of readers — retail and foodservice seafood buyers," says Wright. "Tracy and Jim couldn't be better examples of how to balance the demands of today's business with the world's future needs." Q Contributing Editor Jason Holland is a freelance journalist who lives in London with his partner Claire and their son Lucas. He is also a frequent contributor to SeafoodSource.com. Jason loves to dine out and enjoy ocean edibles like mackerel, oysters and razor clams. Q Contributing Editor Christine Blank writes our monthly What's in Store feature about retail seafood in the United States. She has been covering the seafood industry for SeaFood Business and SeafoodSource. com for several years, and the retail and restaurant industries for more than 15 years. Christine lives in Lake Mary, Fla., where she looks forward to stone crab season each fall. Join us...
