Starfsh Oyster Bed & Grill in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Along with
being an expert on all things relating to the oyster, Patrick holds the
Guinness World Record for the most oysters shucked in a minute.
He was on hand at the event to present an oyster master class,
and judge the show's annual oyster-shucking competition.
